Ingredients
10 pork breakfast sausage links cooked
5 eggs, scrambled
1 1/2 cups sharp cheese shredded
10 6" flour tortillas

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Divide the scrambled eggs among the tortillas and top with shredded cheese.

Place a sausage link on top of egg. Roll and place seam side down, on a foil or parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Optional: Serve with salsa and guacamole for dipping.
