Ingredients
1 cup blackberries
1 tablespoon chia seeds
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon real maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Place all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until desired consistency is reached. Minimal blending results in a jam-like consistency. Further blending will produce jelly. Pour mixture into a glass jar and chill for 60 minutes before serving.
