Ingredients
BACON & BRIE BOULE:
1 French or sourdough super boule
1/4 cup butter melted
1 teaspoon garlic minced
1 teaspoon fresh sage finely chopped
8 ounces Brie cheese thinly sliced
3 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
PIZZA BOULE:
1 French or sourdough super boule
1/4 cup butter melted
1 teaspoon garlic minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (plus a pinch more)
3/4 cup whole milk mozzarella shredded
1 cup pizza sauce (appx ½ a 15 oz. can)
CHOCOLATE STRAWBERRY BOULE:
1 French or sourdough super boule
6 large strawberries sliced
5 ounces dark chocolate chips
1 tablespoon milk of your choice (non-dairy works great, too!)

FOR BACON & BRIE BOULE: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cut boule into crosshatch pattern bringing cuts down to about halfway through the height of the bread boule.

Combine butter, garlic and sage in a small bowl. Drizzle over bread. Stuff cheese slices and bacon crumbles down into spaces in cut bread boule.

Bake on a parchment lined baking sheet for 15-20 minutes, until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.

FOR PIZZA BOULE: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cut boule into crosshatch pattern bringing cuts down to about halfway through the height of the bread boule.

Combine butter, garlic and 1 tsp of Italian seasoning in a small bowl. Spoon pizza sauce into spaces in cut bread boule. Stuff mozzarella cheese down into spaces, and sprinkle some over the top of the boule as well. Sprinkle with a pinch of Italian seasoning.

Bake on a parchment lined baking sheet for 15-20 minutes, until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.

FOR CHOCOLATE & STRAWBERRY: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cut boule into crosshatch pattern bringing cuts down to about halfway through the height of the bread boule.

Combine chocolate chips and milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 10 second increments, stirring between each, until fully melted.

Drizzle melted chocolate over top of boule, reserving approximately 2 tablespoons. Bake on a parchment lined baking sheet for 15 minutes until bread is warmed through.

Remove from oven and stuff strawberry slices into spaces in cut bread boule. Drizzle with remaining chocolate sauce (give it a quick zap in the microwave if it needs it!) and serve.
