Ingredients
1 green plantain peeled and sliced
3/4 to 1 cup coconut oil, plus more if needed for frying
to taste salt

Heat the coconut oil in a sauté pan until hot. Carefully place plantain slices in pan, cook on each side until crispy and golden brown. Remove with slotted spoon and place on paper towels to drain. Sprinkle with salt and serve hot.
