Grilled Peaches with Goat Cheese 30 May, 2019 | Stone Fruit, Gluten-Free, Dessert, Appetizers & Sides

  • 3 yellow peaches, halved and pitted
  • 6 ounces fresh goat cheese
  • 6-8 fresh basil leaves, sliced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • Non-GMO canola oil
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • Cracked black pepper to taste
  • Pinch of cayenne (optional)


Brush cut halves with canola oil and season with salt & pepper.

Grill each peach on the cut side, just long enough to mark them.

Warm honey in a small pot or in microwave, then brush onto grilled surface of each peach half. Reserve a portion of honey for drizzling.

Cool completely.

Fill each peach cavity with 1 ounce goat cheese.

Garnish with sliced basil and drizzle with remaining warm honey. Optional: add a pinch of cayenne to honey before drizzling.
