- 1 package store-bought pizza dough
- 1/2 cup basil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 cherry peppers
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 2 bunches broccolini
- Zest and juice of one lemon
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Pre-heat grill over medium heat.
Blend garlic, olive oli, basil, salt and pepper.
Trim and chop baby broccoli and cherry peppers. Toss with oil, salt and pepper.
Make 2 small circles with dough.
Spread olive oil mixture over the dough then top with slices of fresh mozzarella, baby broccoli, and cherry peppers.
Oil grill or place dough on a sheet of foil.
Grill pizza until cheese is melted and crust is cooked through, about 8-15 minutes.
Garnish with pine nuts.
