  • 1 1/2 cup sliced frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp nut butter (we used almond)
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened plain almond milk
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
  • 1 tbsp chia seed


Combine frozen banana, blueberries, nut butter, almond milk, flaxseed meal, and chia seeds to a high speed blender. Blend on high until smooth.
