Everyone has a few sure-fire menus in their culinary arsenal, the dishes that always make a hit and always appeal to friends and family. In this workshop, Waters outlines her personal approach to making fearless, signature dishes. She'll provide an overview of how these meals evolved, how to make them, and why they never fail to please.
During the workshop, participants will enjoy cheese, crackers and one of Waters' favorite signature meal-accompanying wines.
Participants will take home recipes for the three signature dishes plus handouts of suggestions for wines and accompanying appetizers and side dishes.
Come prepared to join in the conversation, learn some delicious menu ideas, and share a few of your own signature dish ideas with other participants.
