- 6 ripe peaches, halved, pits removed
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Coarse salt
- 1 cup crème fraiche (or sour cream)
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
Preheat oven to low broil. Lay peach halves skin side down on a rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle salt across the pieces. Broil in oven on the top rack, 3-5 minutes or until fruit begins to brown.
Meanwhile, in a small mixing bowl, combine crème fraîche (or sour cream) and maple syrup together. Drizzle maple mixture over warm peaches and serve.Recipes Home
