- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 eggs, beaten
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- Black pepper, to taste
- ¼ cup fresh basil, finely chopped
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together.
Form into meatballs (about the size of golf balls).
Arrange meatballs on a parchment or foil-lined baking sheet.
