About the Instructor:
Sandi Rechenmacher is a whole foods, plant-based (WFPB) nutritional consultant, educator, and chef. Her passion is supporting people to nourish and revitalize their bodies, minds, and spirits via a diet based on nutrition science. Sandi is the founder of Simply Nutritious, offering presentations and workshops, sharing her 40 years of nutrition wisdom. She works in conjunction with the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM) presenting Food for Life classes in Northern California designed by nutrition scientists and dietitians, covering lifestyle disease prevention/reversal and microbiome immune system support, and more. She holds a BA and Teaching Credential from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and certification in nutrition education/consultation. Former owner of a natural foods store, Sandi knows food biz!
